DUB/Uterine Fibroids/Adenomyosis- what is the reason for irregular bleeding per vaginum

A 46 years female, housewife from Kharghar, Navi Mumbai , underwent DNC for irregular bleeding.

She also had fibroids in uterus and adenomyosis.

Her endometrial lining was increased to 16 mm.

While doing DNC also the material was plenty,which is sent for HPE.

Mirena was put.

Histopathology report is awaited.

It is a wait and watch situation whether this strategy will work to save her uterus or she would require Hysterectomy ultimately.
