Elderly Primigravida with small placenta,less liquor and small baby-successful delivery by Elective cesarean section
A 35 years old ENT specialist by profession, resident of Khanda Colony ,first time pregnant patient's journey was fraught with many complications right from 25-26 weeks of pregnancy.
Her fetal doppler was compromised.
Placenta was small.
Liquor was less.
