Laparoscopic myomectomy done as a uterus saving procedure in a peri menopausal age group female patient

A 46 year old ,mother of 3 children,residing in CBD Belapur presented with a single fibroid in uterus with heavy bleeding problem.

Now in such a case removing only the fibroid can save the uterus,as she is nearing menopause, some time can be bought.
