Post menopausal bleeding,role of D&C ,endometrial biopsy and subsequent hysterectomy-Part-1

        

A 52 year old woman, resident of Kharghar.Navi Mumbai consulted Dr.Himani R Gupta,Gynecoloist & Obstetrician from Kharghar Navi Mumbai.

She is post menopausal since 4 years and complained of irregular spotting per vaginum of a couple of days duration.

Upon ultrasound her endometrial lining was a bit thickened.
