Chicken pox is a self limiting viral febrile illness which also has red vesicular rash over the body.
The fever and pneumonitis and itching over the body are main symptoms.
If it is happening in late 3rd trimester of the pregnancy, it usually does not have any effect on the fetus.
Normal ultrasound will ensure normal outcome.
Rest, IV fluids and anti viral drugs can be given
