Delivery decisions getting impacted by availability of blood for Rh-Negative blood group woman

A 29 year old woman, resident of Kamothe, Panvel is approaching due date of delivery.Her blood group is B-Rh negative.

As her previous delivery is LSCS, she need to be posted for Elective LSCS in a couple of days.

The decision keeps getting postponed as the blood is not available in any of the nearby blood bank.
We can afford to wait as this one is a timed delivery.

But if this kind of patient goes in labor and requires blood on emergency basis, it will be a difficult clinical situation....
