In a newly married couple, just after onset of sexual intercourse, many a times , the woman will complain of increased frequency of urination along with burning sensation, pain in lower abdomen and at times, white discharge.

The diagnosis is simple- UTI- i.e. Urinary Tract Infection.

Treatment requires a dose of antibiotics, urine alkalyser syrup, anti-spasmodics and antacids.

In a couple of days , the woman will be alright.
